4. User Conduct & Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree NOT to:

Use the Site to facilitate the illegal sale or distribution of cannabis in violation of the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act or other applicable laws.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or Vendors.
Attempt to bypass our security measures or access non-public areas of the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act):

DankMaps is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
